During this term, we will be using techniques to scare, thrill and horrify you - sending shivers down your spine at every turn! Keep an eye on our wiki as we journey together through the magic of writing, and the sensational stories we come up with at the end....mwwwahhhahahaaaa......
WEEK 1
Session 1 - We thought it was important to brainstorm a list of words we might need to use during our horror writing sessions. So to start off our narrative topic, we broke into groups and had a big think of all the words we might need to use. Everybody said some words to include in our word bank.
Session 2 - Today we began to PLAN our horror writing workshop. We used inspriation from sounds and pictures to help us launch our ideas. Planning our stories was very important to make sure we had a solid direction of where to go with our writing.

Session 2 - We were writing sizzling starts for our own stories. We gave each other advice on how to improve some of our sizzling starts.
Session 3 - Today we continued to work on our story by learning about 'Tightening the Tension'.
