Disappearing In the darkness of the full moon, Logan heard footsteps crunching behind her. “Boo!” Yelled Olivia, Abby, Beth and Amelia. “Ahhh you guys scared me!” Logan shrieked. Olivia had invited four other of her friends over for a creepy sleepover for Halloween. The five girls sat down to watch a Halloween favourite, ‘Blood Shot’. Abby hid behind the couch, Beth ran into Olivia’s room but Olivia, Amelia and Logan sat down happily watching the movie. When the movie was finished, Beth and Abby came back into the rumpus room and listened to the three other girls talk about it. Once again Beth ran into Olivia’s room and Abby hid behind the couch and blocked her ears. The conversation finished and Abby and Beth came back out. Whilst the five girls were watching another movie, Abby was gone. “Abby where are you?” Beth called. Suddenly, Olivia was gone. Then Beth. After that Amelia then all that was left was Logan. “Come on guys were are you?” Logan asked. She checked everywhere. In the bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, garage everywhere a human could possibly could look in a house! All of a sudden, the lights went out. It was pitch black. Logan screamed as loud as she could. When she finally stoped, she put her hands out in front of her and started to find her way to the couch. When she had found the couch she curled up into a little ball with her teddy and whispered quietly to herself, “I’m not scared, I’m not scared.” Then she came up with a pretty cool idea. The idea was to find a torch and to look in the much darker places like the attic and outside. She didn’t really want to really because of all of the cob webs and spiders but she had to. She had to find her friends. So once again she put her hands out in front of her and with no trouble at all she found a torch. She flicked the switch and headed outside. But as she reached the door the globe went out. “Oh no, please don’t do this to me.” Logan whispered in an annoyed way. Now what was Logan going to do? Then she remembered that Abby had bought a torch along as well! So trying to find her way through the darkness she headed for the bags. Then a memory came to her head. When they were playing murder in the dark Abby was it and that light went out as well. It was no use. She could not find one single torch. She was worried. Even more worried that she could ever be in her life! Then she heard a bang on the window. Then the door. Then basically every part of the house joined together made a frighting noise. She was double scared, maybe even triple scared, then maybe even quadriple scared. Her heart was racing. It felt like it was never going to slow down. Suddenly everything went quiet. All Logan could hear was her heart racing. Then she looked around. She couldn’t see anything but she could use her knowledge to figure out where the lights were in Olivia’s house. She started whispering and correcting the directions she was giving herself. Finally she remembered each light including the lights. Then a huge strike of lightning hit the power pole outside. As she just managed to reach the switch the light wouldn’t turn on! Neither would the other lights.”Darn it!” Logan yelled frustrated. “It must have been that lightning strike. That lightning strike that made the power go out.” This had to be the last time Logan should ever have to think of what to do next. An hour later Logan’s head was about to explode! Then a light bulb popped on top of her head. It was an idea that even Frankeneinstien would never have thought of! The idea was to pretend to cry and then just maybe one of the girls would come out and stay with her. So she leant against the wall and started to fake cry. Just as Logan put her head down, she saw a shadow quickly move across the window. Logan didn’t ignore it. She went over to the window and opened it slightly. She heard a twig snap of a tree. She then rushed back to where she was and started panting even though it was a little snap! Then she felt four hands grab her. The creature dragged her into Olivia’s room. Logan didn’t scream or anything. She just closed her eyes and thought in her head it was a dream, but no, it was not a dream at all! Then what felt like a four armed creature turned the light on. Logan opened her eyes and when she did, the creature yelled out.......”BOO!” “Ahhhhh,” Logan screamed. “You...you....y......you little brats. You scared the living daylights out of me!” It was Abby, Olivia, Beth and Amelia who was scaring her all those three hours! “Why would you do that?” Logan asked. “Because it is Halloween, did Frankenstein cut your brain out or something?” Amelia asked. Logan ignored her. She was still in a bit of shock from all those scares the girls gave her. “Come on, let’s watch ‘Blood Shot 2’ and Abby and Beth please come and watch it with us it just does the same thing we did to Logan.” Olivia pleaded. “Ok.” Beth and Abby moaned. An hour later it was halfway through the movie and Abby and Beth didn’t think it was that bad at all. As the movie ended with dreadful horror the five girls drifted off to sleep. They heard a bang on the window. They quickly opened their eyes and they screamed a terrible scream. Then, silence came in. Dedicated to people who love their creepy stories.
